  1. Appointment and Service Delivery:
    You can book appointments through the Pervin Beauty Salon website. It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In case of delay, the service duration may be shortened or canceled. Our services are provided by experienced professionals in a professional manner.
     
  2. Cancellation and Appointment Changes:
    You are required to notify us of any appointment cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late or unnotified cancellations, our salon reserves the right to charge the full service fee with a justifiable reason.
     
  3. Payments and Refund Policy:
    The fees for our services are collected based on the prices stated on our website. Payments can be made before or after the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.

    Our refund policy applies in the following situations:

    • When you have requested a service but it cannot be provided.
    • When an unexpected issue arises during the service and a satisfactory solution cannot be reached.

    Returns regarding the service, goods/service fees and delivery costs are returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal. In addition, if the original service invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the Buyer.
